Admissions Checklist

After you have completed the above form, we will then make arrangements for you to come and visit our school for a tour.  At that time you can ask questions, see our students learning in the Montessori classroom and learn a little bit about what makes our school such a special place to be!  At that time you will receive an application form.  Families interested in joining our school will return the completed application with $100 to the office and book a classroom visit. 

Once we have received both your application and payment, our office staff will reach out to schedule a classroom visit for your child. This visit will provide them with the opportunity to experience a Montessori environment firsthand and meet their prospective teachers. During this time, our Principal and Educational Director will also meet with you and your child.

Our Educational Director will spend a little bit of  time getting to know your child, assessing their general readiness, and understanding their learning style. Since we enroll students year-round, placement is determined by a combination of factors, including availability, age, previous Montessori experience, and language skills.

Before the visit, you will receive a Potential New Student Questionnaire, which must be completed in advance. After your child’s visit, we will schedule a Zoom interview with our Vice Principal as the final step in the admissions process. 

Next, parents will have the opportunity to meet our Vice-Principal Ms. Shelley over zoom for an interview where they will discuss their child’s educational journey, answer questions, share observations, and explore further if our school is the right fit for your child. Shortly before the zoom interview a zoom link will be sent to your email. 

After you have received an acceptance letter, the office staff will send you a registration packet to be filled out online.  Once the packet is returned then we can proceed with processing your Placement Deposit through our tuition payment system TUIO.  In order to secure your spot in our program you will have to have your Registration Packet completed and Registration Deposit submitted by the assigned date.

If your child is accepted into our program however there is not a spot available, families will be put on a waitlist.  During that time families are informed of upcoming spots and contacted immediately.
